No, we do not have access to or store your credit card details. All credit card payments are processed securely through Gumroad.

  3. After the payment goes through, you will get a download link screen and also an email sent to your inbox.

Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your resume template we offer you a 100% refund. No questions asked. To claim a refund, contact us on the support page.

Do you take PayPal?

Yes, we take PayPal payment. To pay using PayPal just hit the PayPal button on checkout. You will then be taken to the PayPal site to complete your purchase.

Will I get a receipt for my purchase?

Yes. After purchasing your resume template you will get an email. On this email it will give you the option to create a tax invoice for personal or business purposes.

What do I need to edit my resume template?

To open and edit your resume template you will need a free Gmail account. No Google account? No problem. Sign up here: https://docs.google.com/

Does my resume template come with instructions?

Yes, every resume template comes with a .PDF file with instructions on how to get your resume template up and running.

Do the resume templates come with with a cover page?

Yes, all resume templates come with 2 versions. One with cover page and one without a cover page.

Can I edit my resume template in Microsoft Word?

No. All UpResume resume templates are specifically designed to be accessed and edited with Google Docs. To use Google Docs all you need is a free Gmail account.

How do I download and edit my resume template?

  1. Click the download links in your .PDF file provided.
  2. Once your resume has opened in Google Docs, simply locate the file menu and click ‘Make a copy…’
  3. Your resume template will open in another browser tab ready to be edited, saved and exported.

How do export my finished resume as a PDF?

  1. Click on the ‘File’ menu in Google Docs. 2. Click ‘Download as’.
  2. Select PDF Document ( PDF ).
  3. Save PDF file to your hard drive.

What paper sizes are the resume templates in?

You get 2 different resume template sizes in your download. US letter ( USA ) and A4 ( international )

Do I need to install fonts to edit my resume template?

No, our resume templates are designed to be opened and edited in Google Docs. Because of this you do not need to install fonts on your machine. Neat right.
